Kim Apelgren

Kim Apelgren is originally from upstate New York and is a proud graduate of the University of Notre Dame in Indiana and St. Edward’s University in Texas. Driven by her love of connecting with others, she has built a diverse career in marketing, counseling, and education. Most recently, Kim served as a K-8 STEM and Engineering Teacher and School Counselor in Hillsborough, NC. Passionate about inspiring young minds and fostering connections in the education community, she joined Plasma Games in the summer of 2023 as a District Relations Specialist and now serves as the Customer Success Manager. In this role, Kim collaborates closely with teachers to integrate game-based learning into classrooms, sparking students’ curiosity in STEM and ensuring educators have the support they need to succeed.
